​Originally from the Seattle area, having grown up on Vashon Island, Terry now lives in Ballard, and when he's not shooting photos of a property, you'll find him sailing the Sound in his Pacific Seacraft "Dana", running, cycling, or hiking the area's surrounding mountains.

Prior to becoming a professional photographer Terry's career centered around buying and improving real estate, developing a business as a Realtor, or working in various other sales and marketing capacities. Today Terry combines his experience in marketing real estate with his passion for photography. "People don't usually buy real estate based on reason. It's about a mental image they have of their future life in the home. It's mostly emotional".
